The H17RL 400X3-8 design is intended for operations that need high power density without unnecessary space requirements in the machine room. This 750 rpm electric motor is among the solutions where power is transferred to the technology smoothly and with reserve capacity for load peaks. In practice, this enables more precise drive sizing for lines, pumps, compressor assemblies and process units.
750 rpm electric motor for industrial drives with high power density
High power density is particularly noticeable with this model when an OEM manufacturer needs to combine stable torque with limited installation space. The low-voltage electric motor from VYBO Electric is therefore suitable for projects where not only output is considered, but also the logic of integration into a larger technological system.
The rated speed of 742 rpm helps maintain a balanced operating mode in drives with higher moment of inertia. From the perspective of a large factory operator, it is important that the motor provides predictable behaviour during starting as well as steady-state operation, which simplifies the design of control and protection elements.
Robust cast-iron construction for long operation in demanding environments
Robust cast-iron construction helps maintain mechanical stability even in applications with higher vibration and long-term loads. The 400 mm frame size gives the structure the required rigidity, resulting in more precise motor seating and a lower risk of unwanted deformation during operation.
Such a solution is particularly appreciated in operations where the electric motor must not behave like a consumable component, but as part of a production line with a planned service life. In this class of application, the weight of 3800 kg is also significant, supporting rigid mounting in machine assemblies.
Advanced lubrication and maintenance to reduce downtime
Advanced lubrication and maintenance are designed so that the bearings can be regreased during operation without unnecessary intervention in the technological cycle. DE and NDE bearings in the 6326C3 design support reliable operation during long-term deployment, where service accessibility and predictable downtime planning are important.
For large factories and system integrators, this is a practical advantage because the low-voltage electric motor can be incorporated into a maintenance regime with less impact on production. Thanks to the experience VYBO Electric has accumulated over years with industrial drives, this concept is adapted to real operating loads.
Input and operating data for precise drive sizing
The model operates with an output of 450 kW and rated torque of 5792 Nm, simplifying the design of drive assemblies in high-load processes. With a 400 V / 690 V power supply, it reaches a rated current △ 400V of 841 A and rated current Y 690V of 488 A, allowing the designer to directly assess the requirements for the power supply and starting infrastructure.
Efficiency of 95,6 % and a power factor of 0,81 support economical operation under stable load. Insulation class F together with temperature rise B help keep operating conditions within limits suitable for long production cycles.
Accessories for monitoring and thermal protection
The motor is also supplied with elements that facilitate monitoring of drive condition and its thermal stability. Available are 6xPT100 in the winding, 1xPT100 in the NDE bearing, 1xPT100 in the DE bearing, an anti-condensation heater and 3xPTC thermistor, which is particularly important in operations with fluctuating temperatures or higher humidity.
